Adding Extra Seats

Extra seats let you add team members beyond your plan's base limit without upgrading.

  • Available on any paid plan from the billing page
  • Each extra seat costs $0.25/mo
  • Click Add Seats on the billing page, choose your quantity, and complete Stripe checkout
  • Seats are available immediately after purchase
  • Your seat usage is shown with a progress bar on the billing page
Upgrading Your Plan
  • Upgrade from Starter to Grow anytime from Settings > Billing
  • New features are available immediately
  • Billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period
Cancelling Your Plan

Cancel your Grow plan from Settings > Billing using the guided 3-step flow:

  1. Preview impact - see what changes when your plan downgrades
  2. Provide feedback - tell us why you're leaving (optional)
  3. Confirm cancellation - finalize the request

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. At period end, the following happens automatically:

Cancelling Extra Seats
  • Cancel extra seats separately from your plan subscription
  • Extra seats have a 30-day minimum commitment
  • After 30 days, cancel anytime from the billing page
  • Cancelled seats remain active until the end of the current billing period
Reactivating a Cancelled Plan

Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation before the billing period ends.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Reactivate on the cancellation banner
  3. Your plan continues as if nothing changed
Signature Cleanup on Cancellation

When your plan downgrades, Lastline automatically cleans up deployed signatures:

  • All Gmail signatures are removed via the Gmail API
  • This happens at the end of your billing period, not immediately
  • Employees over the Starter seat limit are auto-excluded
  • Your signature templates and designs are preserved for when you re-upgrade

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Access your Stripe billing portal from the billing page for invoices and payment method updates
